Oggi proponiamo un nuovo birrificio!!!!!!

Direttamente da Lucca per essattezza da Segromigno in Monte a Lucca è arrivata la birra del Birroir Birrificio Artigianale un birrificio composto da sole DONNE!!!

Tre amiche con in comune la passione per la birra hanno dato vita  a questo nuovo birrificio che per ora propone due birre: Isotta e Gigliola. 
Il trio è composto da Elisa, Elena e Alejandra. Elisa si occupa del settore commerciale e della comunicazione, Alejandra del settore smministrivavo e marketing ed infine Elena è La Mastra Birraia, partita come homebrewer ora dispone di un impianto da 350 litri alla settimana.

Labeerinto beershop ha presentato le 2 birre di Birroir in occasione di un apericena organizzata il 24 agosto scorso, presso la pizzeria El Paso a Lucca, dove ha partecipato anche la mastra birraia Elena.
Durante l'apericena i clienti hanno così potuto scambiare opinioni e giudizi sulle birre direttamente con chi le ha materialmente prodotte un evento abbastanza raro nel panorama italiano. 

Ed ora spendiamo due parole su quello che davvero ci interessa: parliamo di birra, parliamo di ISOTTA E GIGLIOLA!!!

Isotta è una Blonde belga da 4,5% molto beverina e rinfrescante, aroma fruttato, al palato sentori di mais, retrogusto pulito e poco amaro.

Gigliola è una Pale Ale da 5,5% color ambrato scuro, gusto abbastanza bilanciato, aroma di caramello e malto, il palato conferma l'aroma. Gigliola lascia un piacevole retrogusto amaro.

In estrema sintesi sono due buone birre made in Lucca tutte da provare e scoprire!!!

Isolde is a Belgian Blonde from 4.5% very drinkable and refreshing, fruity aroma, the palate hints of corn, clean aftertaste and a little bitter.

Gigliola is a Pale Ale 5.5% dark amber color, taste pretty balanced, malt and caramel aroma, the palate confirms the aroma. Gigliola leaves a pleasant bitter aftertaste.
